30 Days
I meant to post about this earlier, but forgot. Phahahooha reminded me of it today, cause she’s cool like that. Everyone should watch 30 Days on FX. It’s on a few times during the week, but Wednesday at 9:00pm is it’s regular time slot. In the first episode, Morgan Spurlock (Super Size Me) and his fiancee live for 30 days on minimum wage during the winter in Columbus, Ohio. Spurlock can be a little full of himself at times, and the opening to the show almost made me change the channel, but based on the first episode, it’s actually a very insightful show. I’m trying to put together a little viewing party for this Wednesday’s episode, along with watching last week’s. Let me know if you might be interested. Also, Morgan Spurlock has a blog.

i kind of hate morgan spurlock and didn’t think supersize me was that great. i actually thought he was kind of a wimp. he puked on the third day? i thought that was just all drama. i’m not impressed by him or his film at all. but i stil will want to watch this 30 days show.

I have to disagree with you, I think Spurlock is a pretty smart guy. He does have his own agenda, but he does a really good job of making his case through his films, at least he did in Super Size Me and the first episode of 30 Days. He’s sometimes full of himself, and sometimes even makes his point in spite of himself, but he does make his point.
As far as him being a wimp, keep in mind he went from eating healthy an getting a lot of exercise, to eating McDonalds all the time and not exercising much at all. It was a shock to his system. I am fairly positive that anyone who started eating Big Macs and Quarter Pounders three times a day would also experience a certain amount of digestive problems.
